Course packs are only permitted in print form (section 5), and only if assembled by staff of the institution (section 1.1). Copies in/made for course packs must be destroyed once the course is completed (section 5). Copies must include citation, “listing title and author of the extract, title and author of the work, and the Provider, and shall reproduce all notices of copyright applicable to the incorporated portions of the Licensed Materials” (section 5). |
