Regarding use in e-reserves and course management systems: copies must be deleted by the end of the semester/trimester in which they are used, "with such deletion confirmed in writing to Elsevier upon request." Regarding users who are independent contractors of the subscribing institution: the resource may only be used "for the purposes of the contracted research work for the Subscriber" (clause 1.4). |
