Regarding use in course packs, ereserves, and CMS: These specific uses are not explicitly mentioned in the licence agreement, but clause 5.2 (d) allows "items of" the resource to be circulated internally "by means that are strictly internal"; clause 5.2 (e) allows "extracts from" the resource to be used in "academic and educational materials, for distribution to Authorized Users by means that are strictly internal"; and clause 5.2 (f) permits fair dealing. Note that all permitted uses must be accompanied by clear citation of the source. |
